Choose a model and design
You choose a model and the design of ciems or earplugs on our website. If you need advice on our production, don’t hesitate to write: we’ll help you to choose the model that will meet your requirements and answer all your questions.

Get ear impressions
Find an audiologist near you to get ear impressions done. You can contact us, and we’ll help you to find one.

Schedule an appointment
Make an appointment to get ear impressions taken in your city. Keep us posted about the date and time of the procedure. Check out our Impression Instructions. Print it out or download to your phone so you can show it to an audiologist to ensure your ear impressions are taken to our standards.

At the audiologist
Show our Impression Instructions to an audiologist. When impressions are ready, take clear photos from the angles outlined in the document. It is critical for our technicians to properly evaluate your impression. Send your photos to us via email or a messenger. Wait for a confirmation that impressions have been taken correctly. After that, you can leave the audiologist. And don’t forget your ear impressions!
*Please note, the cost of your ear impressions must be paid directly to the Audiologist.

Ship your ear impressions
Fill in the Order Form and print it out. Pack the impressions into a small box to keep them safe during shipping. Ship the printed Order Form and the impressions to our address. Contact us to check the current delivery address in advance.

When the impressions are delivered
As soon as we get your ear impressions, you'll be notified. Then make an advanced payment — and your order comes into production.

Build time
Typical build time is 4 weeks. If you need your ciems or earplugs sooner we recommend you choose our Rush Order options:
3 DAYS - $250
1 WEEK - $190
2 WEEKS - $125

Your order is ready
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready. When necessary, we will clarify your delivery address. A tracking number is provided to each parcel after it is dispatched.
*Customers, both domestic and international, are responsible for all courier fees, import taxes, and/or customs charges where applicable.
