Artist Monitors offers a one-year limited warranty for electronic components in CIEMS from the date of delivery. Artist Monitors will, at its sole option, replace or repair ciems that meet warranty criteria.

Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, sometimes the refit of custom in-ear monitors or earplugs is needed. Artist Monitors offers a 30 Day Fit Guarantee (only on approved impressions) to ensure that your ciems have a proper fit.
If you feel discomfort while using your custom iems or earplugs, please notify us about your problem. Once you received a confirmation from us that a fit adjustment is needed, we require that you send the product within 30 days of receiving your ciems or earplugs to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee.
A fit adjustment can imply shells to either be shaved down or built up in the specified problem areas. We may, at our discretion, rebuild your ciems or earplugs for which new impressions may be required.
You are responsible for the cost of the new ear impressions and shipping your ciems or earplugs to our lab. We will cover the cost of shipping the product back to you upon completion of the process.

Artist Monitors offers a 15-day limited warranty on Cables to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15-days from the date of delivery. Artist Monitors will replace or repair Cables within warranty.
